In June, Dr. Alfred J. Beerli took over as CEO of OEKO-TEX®, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic management, IT, and sustainability. Previously, Dr. Beerli led uniQconsulting ag and workfashion.com ag and was a Board Member of amfori BSCI.

Dr. Beerli aims to enhance OEKO-TEX®‘s commitment to sustainable and transparent processes in the global textile and leather industries. His strategy emphasizes collaboration with government bodies and trade associations, backed by his extensive network and expertise.
