Hermès Reports €16 Billion Revenue and €4.5 Billion Net Profit in 2025

French luxury brand Hermès reported €16 billion in revenue for 2025, marking steady growth across regions and product categories. The company saw strong demand led by leather goods and expansion of its global retail network, highlighting its resilience in an uncertain market.

Hermès, a leading player in the global luxury and leather goods industry, recorded a 9% revenue increase at constant exchange rates and 5.5% growth at current rates compared to 2024.

Its recurring operating income reached €6.6 billion, accounting for 41% of total sales, while net profit stood at €4.5 billion.

The fourth quarter remained strong with €4.1 billion in sales, up 10%, supported by double digit growth across Europe, Japan, the Americas and the Middle East.

Leather Goods and Saddlery continued to lead performance with 13% growth, driven by strong demand and increased production capacity. The company also expanded its manufacturing footprint with new workshops planned across France through 2030.

Regionally, Japan grew 14%, the Americas 12%, Europe showed steady gains, while Asia excluding Japan grew 5%. The Middle East also recorded strong momentum.

Hermès strengthened its workforce by adding over 1,300 employees and announced a €3,000 bonus for all staff worldwide. The company also improved its environmental performance, cutting emissions significantly since 2018.

With a strong business model and loyal customer base, Hermès enters 2026 with confidence, aiming for continued growth despite global uncertainties.
