Kering has named Francesca Bellettini as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of Gucci. She will report directly to Luca de Meo, Chief Executive Officer of Kering.

Jean-Marc Duplaix will remain Group Chief Operating Officer of Kering to support Luca de Meo in managing the organization and driving growth. As part of the reshuffle the position of Kering Deputy CEO will be removed.
Francesca Bellettini brings years of experience to Gucci. She joined Kering in 2003 in strategic and merchandising roles at Gucci before moving to Bottega Veneta and later becoming President and CEO of Saint Laurent in 2013.
In September 2023 she was appointed Kering Deputy CEO in charge of Brand Development. Before Kering she worked as an investment banker in London then at Prada and Helmut Lang in business planning and operations.
In 2024 Kering employed 47,000 people worldwide and generated €17.2 billion in revenue.
