SLTC Confirms Date for 128th International Conference in Glasgow

The Society of Leather Technologists and Chemists has officially confirmed that its 128th International Conference will take place on 25 April 2026 in Glasgow. Bookings are now open for all delegates.

The conference will be held at 1599 at The Royal College and the evening dinner dance will take place at The Exchange which is only a 10 minute walk away.

SLTC also reminded attendees that accommodation must be arranged separately although several affordable hotels sit close to both venues.

SLTC has also started accepting abstract submissions from anyone who wants to present a paper at the event.

While travel and stay costs will not be covered speakers will receive free registration for the full conference plus the dinner dance. The deadline to submit abstracts is 16 January 2026 and forms must be sent to monika@sltc.org.
