Noreen Naroo-Pucci’s career reflects a rich blend of creativity and leadership. She has a proven track record of working with globally renowned brands and driving innovation in the design and development of performance and lifestyle products.

  • Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer at Mizzen+Main, a young menswear brand.

  • Her prior roles include Senior Vice President of Design for Menswear – North America at Calvin Klein and Vice President of Global Design Engine at Under Armour, where she spent over a decade.

Naroo-Pucci joins Merrell during a transformative phase. Under its parent company, Wolverine WorldWide, Merrell is evolving from a purely outdoor brand to a lifestyle brand that combines functionality with everyday style.
