TFL is making important leadership moves to drive growth and strengthen its operations.
Effective September 1 2025 Samer Al Jabi will take over as Chief Commercial Officer. Samer joined TFL in March 2025 and played a major role in shaping the company’s five-year strategic plan.
In his new position he will focus on commercial excellence and lead strategic initiatives. With years of experience in the chemical industry Samer has led global businesses built strong teams and executed major acquisitions. His leadership is expected to guide TFL in its next phase of growth.
On July 1 2025 Kaija Korolainen was appointed Group Chief People Officer. Kaija brings extensive experience in HR leadership across multiple industries and regions.
She will lead TFL’s people strategy focusing on creating an inclusive culture high-performing teams and organizational excellence. Her role is key to successfully executing TFL’s broader strategy.
TFL also announced that COO Henrik Pedersen will retire on January 1 2026 after nearly 21 years with the company in several important roles. The company has begun the search for his successor.
