39th India International Leather Fair 2026 to Feature 425 Indian and 67 Overseas Exhibitors Between Feb 1-3

Council for Leather Exports (CLE) conducted a press conference on January 31, 2026 at Taj Club House Chennai to announce the 39th edition of the India International Leather Fair scheduled from February 1 to 3, 2026.

The event will be held at the Chennai Trade Centre and is organized by ITPO with other co-organizers.

The inauguration of IILF 2026 is scheduled at 10.30 am on February 1 at the foyer area of the new halls 2 and 3. The fair is expected to bring together manufacturers, exporters, buyers and technology providers from India and overseas.

IILF 2026 will showcase the full range of products linked to the leather and footwear industry. This includes raw materials, finished leather, footwear, leather garments, fashion accessories, machinery, equipment and chemicals. The exhibition will also extend into the newly built halls at the venue.

“India International Leather Fair has been the flag bearer of the Indian footwear and leather industry and reflects the strong growth of the sector. The fair has always attracted large participation from India and abroad.”

The fair has drawn strong interest this year with more than 425 Indian exhibitors and around 67 overseas exhibitors confirming participation. Germany and Italy will also have dedicated country pavilions at the event.
