The Leather Fashion Show organized by the Indian Finished Leather Manufacturers and Exporters Association (IFLMEA) brought Indian leather products and footwear design into clear focus. Held on the eve of the opening day of the 39th India International Leather Fair (IILF) 2026 at ITC Grand Chola in Chennai, the show highlighted how leather is now part of modern fashion and not just utility wear.
The event highlighted Indian and international leather design and craftsmanship. More than 70 models walked the ramp, with 14 showstoppers leading the presentations.
Nearly 14 labels showcased their collections. These included Tata International, Tohl, Toni Rossi, Language, CSIR-CLRI, FDDI, KICL, IUAD Milano, Kickers, Ramjee Leather Supplies, Rathnam Leathers and more. The collections covered leather goods, garments, accessories and footwear for men, women and children.

Tata International presented footwear for men and children, while Toni Rossi showcased shoes and bags. The collections focused on everyday fashion blended with export ready design.
Ramjee Leather Supplies presented a bold segment featuring riding jackets, riding gear, cowboy hats, tasselled bags and leather vests. The segment highlighted leather used for both lifestyle and utility.
Pageant title holders also walked the ramp including Manika Vishwakarma (Miss Universe India 2025), Avni Gupta (Miss Supranational India 2026) and Madhuram Daga Rubaru (Mr India International 2026) and Ayushree Malik (Miss Supranational India 2025).
The show was directed by Bhaskaran Chandrasekhar, choreographed by Jude Felix and styled by Monisha.
The show made one thing clear that Indian leather is stepping out of factories and onto the fashion stage. It’s not just about making products anymore it’s about creativity, style and showing the world what India can do.
