Maud Rascle, Managing Director, CTC group

CTC has appointed Maud Rascle as its Managing Director effective April 1, 2026. Rascle joined the organization on January 5, 2026 as Deputy General Director and worked alongside Françoise Nicolas during a 3 month transition period to ensure a structured transfer of CTC’s strategic, operational and institutional responsibilities.

The organization said Rascle’s appointment comes as it continues to strengthen its role as a trusted partner for companies across the entire product value chain from design to market launch.

Coming from the luxury and fashion industry, Rascle brings experience working directly with companies and their operational challenges. Since joining CTC, she has continued working in line with the organization’s 2024-2027 performance and objectives contract.

“These first months have allowed me to measure the richness of our expertise, the diversity of our activities and the unique position of CTC within the industry. The trust of our member companies is based both on our technical excellence and the commitment of our teams in France and internationally.”

She added that CTC plans to continue strengthening innovation, adaptability and impact while supporting companies facing fast changing market conditions.

CTC said its strategy is built around key strategic priorities. These include accelerating ecological transition and CSR through eco-design, bio-based materials and more responsible metal-free processes, supporting digital transformation and the shift toward the industry of the future through technologies including artificial intelligence, strengthening industry sovereignty and resilience by preserving know-how and improving workforce skills and helping companies adapt production tools.

CTC is also supporting companies in meeting product compliance and safety standards including Reach and PFAs while improving competitiveness and market access

CTC said its management committee has also launched a CSR initiative that will begin in France before expanding across the group internationally in a second phase.

To support these priorities, CTC operates through 4 pillars including know-how, quality and compliance, innovation and performance.

The organization also highlighted its chemical and physical laboratories in France and international markets, expertise in product compliance and performance and its role in training and transmission of industry know-how.

CTC is an international technical center that operates in the leather, footwear, leather goods, glove and PPE industry and supports companies in France and international markets. Founded in 1899, CTC employs nearly 516 people across France, Italy and Asia and works with manufacturers, brands and industry stakeholders to improve product safety, performance and sustainability.
