The Centre for the Brazilian Tanning Industry (CICB/Brazilian Leather) has introduced a new digital ambassador developed using artificial intelligence to promote Brazilian leather on 19 June 2026. The AI-powered ambassador will share information about Brazilian leather, its qualities, production, innovation and sustainability through Brazilian Leather’s digital channels.
The new digital ambassador announced that it was created using artificial intelligence to help tell the story of Brazilian leather in a simple and accessible way.
According to the announcement, the AI ambassador will regularly appear across Brazilian Leather’s channels to explain why leather is considered one of the most versatile, durable and admired materials in the world.
It will also share information about leather production, innovation, sustainability and the factors that have helped make Brazil a global reference in the leather industry.
The digital ambassador will provide updates on trade fairs, international events, projects and research related to the leather sector.
In its introductory message, the AI ambassador described the launch as “just the beginning” and said it has many more industry-related contents to share in the future.
