Stella International Holdings reported a 1.5% increase in consolidated revenue to $786.7 million for the first 6 months of 2026 compared with $775.0 million in the same period last year.

For Q2 2026 ended June 30, 2026 the group’s consolidated revenue increased 1.2% to $449.3 million from $444.0 million a year earlier.

In its footwear manufacturing business, revenue reached $439.2 million in Q2 2026 up 1.4% from $433.0 million in Q2 2025. For the first half of the year, footwear manufacturing revenue stood at $766.6 million up 1.7% from $753.5 million.

Shipment volumes remained largely flat. Stella shipped 15.6 million pairs during Q2 2026 compared with 15.4 million pairs a year earlier. For the first 6 months shipment volume stood at 27.5 million pairs unchanged from the same period in 2025.

The average selling price was also stable in Q2 2026 at $28.2 per pair. For the first half of 2026 the average selling price increased 1.8% to $27.9 per pair from $27.4 a year earlier.

According to Stella the increase in the first half average selling price was mainly due to a higher average selling price (ASP) product mix within its Sports segment and increased raw material costs.

Stella is also moving ahead with its 3 Year Plan for 2026 to 2028. The company plans to commission and ramp up 3 new factories in Indonesia, Bangladesh and Vietnam during 2026. The 3 new factories are expected to begin operations in the second half of 2026.

Together with its existing factory in Indonesia the new factories are expected to add around 20 million pairs of production capacity over the coming years.

Stella said its first half performance was within expectations despite geopolitical and economic uncertainties and added that forward order visibility remains solid.
