Reshine, a subsidiary of Henan Prosper & Colomer Moda, signed a strategic agreement with Decathlon on 2 June 2026. The two sides agreed to build a long-term partnership focused on quality and sustainability in footwear manufacturing.
Reshine said it will use its manufacturing strength to deliver comfortable, durable and eco-friendly sports footwear. The company focuses on stable quality control and innovative production methods to support long-term supply needs of athletic footwear.
The partnership will also benefit from the group’s full-chain expertise across the leather value chain. This will help improve product standards and manufacturing systems, aiming to give consumers better access to active lifestyle products.
Henan Prosper & Colomer Moda stated that it will continue to support the partnership with strong supply chain capabilities and a long-term focus on sustainability.
The goal is to build better experiences for sports consumers while strengthening eco-friendly production systems in the footwear sector, says the company.
