The company attributed the higher average selling price to a shift towards products with higher selling prices particularly in its Sports segment as well as increased raw material costs.

“As we reach the end of our current investment cycle, we remain focused on investing further in innovation and product development to drive our ongoing performance, as well as our ability to deliver for shareholders. This includes fulfilling our commitment to return additional cash of up to $60 million to our shareholders in 2026 under our Excess Cash Return Program.”
– Lawrence Chen, Chairman, Stella International Holdings Limited
Stella said the lower shipment volume in the Q3 2026 was primarily due to production for a Casual customer being brought forward into the H1 2026. This was done in preparation for the phased shutdown of the company’s footwear factory in the Philippines which began in July.
